Admission Process
14 steps from requirements to confirmation
Every stage of admission for Classes 7th, 8th, 9th and Intermediate (11th–12th), Session 2026–27. Your dashboard shows which step your application has reached.
Step 1: Review eligibility requirements
Read the eligibility criteria for Classes 7th, 8th, 9th and Intermediate (11th–12th). Intermediate applicants require a minimum of 65% marks in the Matric board examinations to be eligible to apply.
Step 2: Create your applicant account
Register on the portal with the applicant name, guardian name, mobile number and email address. Your login is used for every later step.
Step 3: Complete the online application form
Enter personal details, guardian information, current school, class applied for and permanent address exactly as they appear on official records.
Step 4: Upload required documents
Attach scanned copies of the birth certificate or B-Form, the last school result card, guardian CNIC and two recent passport-size photographs.
Step 5: Pay the admission processing fee
Pay the prescribed processing fee through the channel confirmed by the Admissions Office and keep the original deposit slip or receipt.
Step 6: Upload the fee payment proof
Attach a clear image of the paid slip or receipt to your application so the Admissions Office can verify the payment.
Step 7: Submit the application
Review every section, confirm the declaration and submit. The portal issues a unique application number for tracking.
Step 8: Application scrutiny and verification
The Admissions Office verifies the form and documents. Any correction requested is shown on your dashboard with a response window.
Step 9: Issue of admit card / roll number slip
Once the application is cleared, the admit card carrying the roll number and the online test schedule is released on your dashboard for download.
Step 10: Online test and interview
The test and interview are conducted online through a scheduled video call. The joining link, date and time are shared on your dashboard.
Step 11: Test result announcement
Shortlisted candidates are announced by the college and the status is updated against your application number on the portal.
Step 12: Medical fitness examination
Shortlisted candidates undergo a medical fitness examination as advised by the college.
Step 13: Final merit list and offer of admission
Selected candidates are placed on the final merit list and receive an offer of admission with the joining instructions on the portal.
Step 14: Fee deposit and admission confirmation
Deposit the admission dues within the notified window and complete hostel and uniform formalities. Document verification is carried out after admission is granted and the admission fee has been paid.
